Introduction
The digital patient journey at Wellis is growing rapidly and becoming more complex. To take it to the next level, we're looking for a Product Manager Web & App. You will own the product roadmap and prioritization across our web platform and mobile app — from first visit and prescription flow through onboarding, subscriptions, and long-term engagement. Working closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, and key stakeholders across medical operations, marketing, and customer care, you'll turn insights into shipped improvements and experiments that lift conversion, retention, and satisfaction. This is a hands-on role with real ownership for an experienced product builder who wants to make Wellis' digital experience the benchmark in healthcare.

About the Role
As a Product Manager Web & App, you'll own the product direction for Wellis's web platform and mobile app across the full digital patient journey — from first visit through long-term treatment. You'll translate business goals, user needs, and medical requirements into a clear roadmap, and partner closely with design and engineering to ship improvements that drive conversion, retention, and satisfaction. With a strong eye for data and user insight, you'll identify friction points, run experiments with our CRO specialist, and align stakeholders across the business to keep the product vision sharp and execution moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap and prioritization for Wellis's web platform and mobile app, translating business goals and user needs into clear features and improvements.
Define, scope, and deliver product initiatives across the full digital patient journey — from first visit to long-term treatment and subscription management.
Run product experiments together with our CRO specialist (A/B tests, feature releases) to improve conversion, retention, and user experience.
Work closely with UX/UI and engineering to ship high-quality features that support weight management treatments, subscriptions, and the broader wellness platform.
Analyze user behavior data, customer feedback (e.g., via Intercom), and medical team insights to identify friction points and opportunities for innovation.
Set clear product objectives and success metrics, and continuously track outcomes (including conversion, app/feature adoption, and NPS for the digital experience).
Align and manage stakeholders across medical operations, customer care, marketing, and leadership, while maintaining a clear product vision.
Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and learnings clearly, and help the organization make data-informed product decisions.
About the Team
In this role, you'll work day-to-day with Engineering and UX/UI to define, prioritize, and ship improvements across our web platform and mobile app. You'll also partner closely with colleagues in marketing & growth, data & analytics, medical operations, and customer care to translate business goals and patient needs into a clear roadmap and to validate decisions through research and experimentation. As our digital domain is growing fast, you'll have a key role in shaping how we build product at Wellis and how teams collaborate across the full digital patient journey.
Job requirements
Who You Are
Bachelor's or Master's level education.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for web platforms and mobile apps.
Experienced in a start-up/scale-up environment, comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and pragmatism.
Strong at translating business goals and user needs into a clear roadmap, priorities, and well-defined product requirements.
Data-informed and outcome-driven; able to define and track product KPIs like conversion, adoption, retention, and NPS.
Comfortable running experiments (e.g., A/B tests, feature releases) and collaborating with a CRO specialist on hypotheses and success criteria.
Confident partnering daily with engineering and UX/UI to ship intuitive, high-quality experiences across the digital patient journey.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority across medical, operations, marketing, and leadership.
Curious and customer-focused; skilled at turning feedback and insights into concrete product improvements.
Fluent in Dutch and English; experience in healthcare, subscriptions, or marketplace/e-commerce environments is a plus.
