About the role

As a Pharmacist at Wellis, you will play a central role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care within a digital healthcare platform. You will combine quality of care with innovation and help further develop the pharmacy into a future-oriented organization.

You will work with doctors, nurses, dieticians, and IT specialists on innovative healthcare services that improve patient safety and access to medication. You will also have the opportunity to grow into the role of Branch Pharmacist at our new location.

Your responsibilities

• Pharmaceutical validation: checking and approving prescriptions and medication dispensing in accordance with laws and regulations.

• Patient safety: ensuring safe, correct, and accessible medication dispensing.

• Healthcare innovation & service expansion: contributing to the development of new pharmaceutical and healthcare services — from idea to realization.

• Medical leadership: supporting and coordinating the medical team (doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals).

• Digital processes: collaborating with IT and product teams to optimize and digitize pharmaceutical processes.

• Quality assurance: monitoring compliance with GDP and IGJ guidelines and contributing to continuous quality improvement.

• Documentation & reporting: ensuring accurate registration and transparent pharmaceutical reporting.

Your profile

• Completed Pharmacy degree and registration in Germany

• Available for at least 32 hours per week.

• Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy.

• Digital skills and interest in innovative healthcare technology.

• Knowledge of healthy lifestyles and eating habits.

• Customer-focused, responsible, and a true team player.

• Fluent in German and English.
