    • Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands
  • Marketing

A role with full ownership of all partnerships — from affiliates to influencers to B2B deals — in one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital health companies.

Job description

Introduction

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to take ownership of building, managing, and scaling our affiliate, influencer, and strategic partnership programs at Wellis.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, driving growth, and building collaborations that help us reach new audiences in the fast-growing world of digital health.

It’s a role with a lot of freedom, creativity, and measurable impact — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, business development, and growth.

About Wellis

Wellis is a young, fast-moving healthtech scale-up with a clear mission: combine medical expertise, technology, and data to make healthcare smarter, more efficient, and more personal.

We started only two years ago but have already grown into a company with tens of thousands of customers — and we’re only at the beginning.

We’re focused on lowering the barriers to care, especially for health concerns people don’t always feel comfortable seeking help for. Our treatment portfolio is expanding rapidly, and our ambition is to build long-term, digital-first solutions that support people across different stages of their health journey.

You’ll join an ambitious, international team where ownership is encouraged, collaboration is key, and impact is visible from day one. We’re opening our new office in Rotterdam, where the team meets 1–2 days per week to brainstorm, build, and grow together.

About the Role

As Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the center of expanding the reach and customer base of Wellis through strategic collaborations.

You’ll manage the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and negotiating opportunities to execution and performance optimization — with a strong focus on measurable growth and ROI.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive, commercially driven professional who thrives on building relationships, exploring new business models, and driving tangible results within a fast-growing telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Affiliate Marketing program, including partner recruitment, activation, and optimization.

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators who align with the Wellis brand.

  • Proactively seek and pitch new strategic partnerships, such as B2B collaborations, co-marketing, and platform integrations.

  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize partnership contracts in collaboration with Legal & Compliance.

  • Analyze and report on partnership performance — tracking ROI, conversions, and customer growth.

A Week in the Life

Monday – Review performance dashboards, align on goals with marketing and legal, and prioritize key accounts.

Tuesday/Wednesday – Conduct outreach to new affiliate and B2B partners, hold pitch calls, and negotiate collaboration terms.

Thursday – Manage active campaigns, meet with top-performing partners, and brief influencers on new content.

Friday – Deep-dive into ROI and data insights, brainstorm new growth ideas, and close the week with strategic planning.

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Business Development.

  • Proven success in negotiating and closing commercial deals.

  • Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., TradeTracker, Awin) and/or managing influencers directly or via platforms.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; you know how to measure impact and optimize performance.

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and relationship-oriented with excellent communication skills.

  • Experience working in a tech or fast-scaling environment; understanding of regulated industries (e.g., healthcare) is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

What We Offer

  • A role with significant ownership and the freedom to shape Wellis’ partnership strategy.

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days in our Rotterdam office, 3 days remote.

  • Standard Wellis benefits including pension plan and travel allowance.

  • A fast-paced, ambitious team that values collaboration, creativity, and measurable results.

  • Room to grow — potentially into a Head of Partnerships role over time.
