The digital customer journey at Wellis is growing rapidly and becoming more complex. To take it to the next level, we’re looking for a Digital Experience & CRO Specialist. You will own everything that touches our online journey — from the very first visit to subscription management. With your knowledge of data, psychology, and design, you’ll make Wellis more intuitive, personal, and conversion-driven. It’s time for an experienced specialist to raise our digital experience to benchmark level in the healthcare world.

About the Role
As a Digital Experience & CRO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the entire digital customer journey. You’ll identify friction points, set up experiments, and work closely with UX, content, data, and development. Your job is to ensure the Wellis site not only converts, but also radiates trust and ease of use.
Key Responsibilities:
Full ownership of the digital customer journey — from first visit to retention.
Identify friction points using data, session replays, and customer feedback.
Set up, manage, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
Build an experiment roadmap and share learnings across the team.
Improve onboarding, checkout, and consult flows in collaboration with design & tech.
Initiate user research and translate insights into concrete improvements.
Build dashboards and reports for conversion and UX KPIs.
Act as sparring partner for marketing, tech, data, and C-level on digital strategy.
About the Team
You’ll report directly to our CMO, Robert, who brings extensive experience from companies like Coolblue and Betcity. You’ll work closely with specialists in content, design, performance marketing, and data — with plenty of room to take initiative yourself. As we’re also hiring an Email Marketer, the digital domain is growing fast, and you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping a strong digital team.
A Week in the Life @ Wellis
Monday: Analyze Hotjar sessions and discuss new test ideas with the designer.
Tuesday: Launch an A/B test for the checkout flow and share hypotheses during the marketing sync.
Wednesday: Dive into cohort analyses and retention patterns with the Data Lead.
Thursday: Run usability tests and present findings to marketing and tech.
Friday: Wrap up the week with a C-level update on learnings, winning variants, and new experiments.
Job requirements
Who You Are
At least 4 years of experience in CRO, UX, or digital product optimization.
Fluent in GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar/Clarity, and event tracking.
Experienced with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or similar).
Comfortable working with frameworks like ICE or PXL.
Combine analytical ability with commercial insight.
Strong collaborator and communicator across multiple disciplines.
Fluent in Dutch and English; experience in e-commerce, D2C, or healthcare is a plus.
