Introduction

We’re looking for a new teammate in our marketing team! As a CRM Specialist at Wellis you’ll build our complete email and push strategy, making sure customers feel welcome, stay active, and don’t churn. You’ll have plenty of room to test, improve, and experiment — and your ideas will directly influence Wellis’ growth.

About the Role

As a CRM Specialist you will be responsible for our entire email and push marketing strategy. You will design and manage campaigns and flows that welcome new customers, activate existing ones, and reduce churn. Thanks to our short communication lines, you’ll be able to test, optimize, and quickly make a direct impact on the growth of Wellis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize email, SMS, and push campaigns.

  • Develop personalized flows such as onboarding, activation, and reactivation.

  • Segment audiences and apply personalization for maximum relevance.

  • Run A/B tests and analyze performance (open rates, CTR, conversion).

  • Collaborate closely with content marketers, designers, customer care, and the medical team to ensure the right message.

  • Continuously improve the customer journey and retention using data-driven insights.

About the Team

You’ll join an energetic marketing team led by Robert (CMO), who brings experience from companies such as Coolblue and Betcity — a great opportunity to learn a lot from. Together with a Content Marketer, Designer, Performance Marketing Specialist, and Data Lead, you’ll work on impactful campaigns every day. And since we are also hiring a CRO Specialist, the team is growing fast, giving you the chance to help build a strong marketing foundation.

A Week in the Life @ Wellis

  • Monday: Kick off the week with a team stand-up, brainstorm with the Content Marketer on new flows, and plan an A/B test for the welcome campaign.

  • Tuesday: Dive into the data with our Data Lead to review your latest campaign’s performance and turn insights into improvements.

  • Wednesday: Creative day: work with the Designer on new visuals and templates for a reactivation campaign.

  • Thursday: Launch a new customer campaign and check in with Robert (CMO) for feedback and tips.

  • Friday: Wrap up the week with a team brainstorm and drinks, celebrating the first results of your campaign.

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • Solid experience as an Email Marketer or CRM Marketer, preferably in a fast-growing environment.

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze, or similar email tools.

  • Structured, strong communicator, and results-driven.

  • Passionate about data, with a love for experimenting and optimizing.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and energized by teamwork.

  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented.

  • Analytical mindset and able to make decisions based on data.
